Launched in 2008, Max India Foundation (MIF) represents the Max Group’s social responsibility efforts. It is focused on creating opportunities by empowering children through education and sustainable livelihood skills, covering the following areas:

Teacher Leadership by empowering teachers to take the lead and reimagine their classrooms.

Personalised Coaching Structures to extend on-ground support ecosystem for teachers.

Caring for Community by initiating 48 Learning Circles, benefiting children by improving their foundational learning.

Making Teaching Aspirational by fostering a belief in the potential of teaching, particularly through direct engagement with students.

Making learning accessible, flexible and interactive through digital learning technologies.

Integrated SEE Learning sessions to introduce teachers to a transformative Wellbeing Program.

Giving with Dignity: Beyond Education Capacity building to deepen the social impact.

MIF’s most recent initiative is Social Emotional Ethical (SEE) Learning – a K-to-12 education program to provide high quality, easy-to-use curricular and a comprehensive framework for educators and students for their holistic development.

Max India Foundation works on the model of engaging Max employees in CSR and has over 540 NGO partners. It is a manifestation of the Group philosophy of Sevabhav touching over 19 million lives with compassion and care.
